Introduction of ISO:
 
International Organization for Standardization (ISO) built up Quality Management and Quality Assurance Committee (TC**6) in ***9, which is responsible for formulating quality management and quality assurance standards. Since the establishment of ISO***1 Series of Standards, it went through several modification: ***4 version, ***0 version and ***8 version, eventually forms the current ISO ***1:***8 series of standard.
 
ISO***1 refers to international quality management system. In the course of adoption, the international standard is converted to national standard, and there are two ways of conversion: IDT and EQV. In China, we adopt the standard by using IDT, that is to say, to adopt this standard without any modification. For the convenience of identification, we add a “****0” when adopting the standard. Thus, the correct written way of adopted quality management system is: ISO***1：***8 idt GB/T*********8, among which idt means identical adoption while GB/T means recommended national standard.
 
Documents required for ISO***1 Certification:
1). License, Certificate etc. Within the validity period( For industry that Laws and Regulations provide needing Certificate and License.)
2).Valid management system documentation. (Brochures, Processing documents);
3). Flowchart of the production/service process.
4). In condition that one organization with multiple names and that need to be declared in the Certificate, besides the above documents of each name, the organization also need to provide the proof document which prove the multiple names do belong to the same organization or system.
5). If multiple places (two or more than two) are involved in the organization, please provide the list of multiple places; Building and construction organizations need to provide “List of being built and construction items”
